Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed, packed, dispatched, or sent for production.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the shipping partner, cancellation may not be possible.
Cancellation of Customized Orders
Customized, personalized, printed, or made-to-order packaging products cannot be cancelled once the design has been approved or production has started.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all product specifications, sizes, quantities, designs, artwork, printing requirements, and other details before approving a customized order.
Bulk Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for bulk orders must be made before the order has entered the processing or production stage.
Once materials have been arranged, production has started, or the order has been prepared for dispatch, cancellation may not be accepted.
Cancellation by Deangro
Deangro reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:

Incorrect product pricing or information
Payment failure
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Delivery restrictions
Technical errors
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If an order is cancelled by Deangro after payment has been successfully received, an applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before processing or dispatch, the refund will be initiated through the original payment method.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank, payment provider, or payment gateway.
Any non-refundable payment gateway charges, shipping costs, or other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
